ETEM Engineering provides electrical engineering design and consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Electrical distribution system design
• Lighting design and photometric analysis
• Fire alarm and life safety system design
• Electrical load calculations and capacity assessments
• Power system studies and arc flash analysis
• Construction-ready documentation

All engineering services are provided under the direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

3. Project Inquiries & Quotations

Submitting a project inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding contract or agreement. All quotations provided by ETEM Engineering are estimates and are subject to change based on the final scope of work, site conditions, and project requirements. A formal engineering services agreement must be executed before any work commences.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements is the property of ETEM Engineering and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent.

Engineering drawings, specifications, and documents produced by ETEM Engineering remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point a license to use is granted for the specific project only.

5. Professional Liability

ETEM Engineering maintains Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) insurance as required by PEO. Our liability is limited to the extent of our professional insurance coverage. We are not liable for damages arising from:

• Unauthorized modifications to our engineering documents
• Use of our documents for projects other than those originally specified
• Construction errors or deviations from our engineering specifications
• Third-party actions or omissions beyond our control
